This website is an experimental exercise aimed at bringing to the forefront various elements that I consider extremely important for understanding the complex dimensions present in the symbolic universe of candomblé terreiros in the city of Salvador, Bahia. The dynamics and forces that operate within this territory (the city of Salvador) create a paradoxical scenario where these communities, which are the ones that most preserve their natural environment, are also the most affected by the climate crisis.
